My body has been talking to me.
Telling me it's out of alignment.
It's needing some TLC.
Some extra cherishing.
So I sat down recently & created myself a rejuvenating 'Spring Cleanse' to nourish & revitalise my body & mind.
In fact our beautiful bodies are ALWAYS cleansing & detoxing; it's naturally happening without us even realising... our liver, lymphatics, urine, GIT & blood are constantly cleaning out toxins, hormones, environmental chemicals & damaged cells.
But every now & then it's great to give the body extra support & reduce it's toxic load. It gives it a chance to 'catch up' on it's cleansing work!
If you're feeling like a refresh & detox, then feel free to follow my 'Cleanse & Cherish' plan but remember it's important to adapt it to your climate, your body's needs & to what's seasonally available for you too.
The most important thing is to consume organic, chemical free & seasonal produce (mainly vegetables) & to take a break from foods that can burden the body & make us feel sluggish.
